Empowering the Whole You to Thrive

2027 Open Enrollment: November 2-13, 2026

Make Your Benefit Elections from November 2-13, 2026

Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to enroll in or make changes to your benefits. We are pleased to empower you with competitive benefits, designed with your health and financial protection in mind. We encourage you to review your benefits carefully, so you’ll have the information you need to make open enrollment a success.

What Can You Do During Open Enrollment?

Your current elections, such as medical, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits, will automatically roll over to 2027. However, you MUST actively enroll if you want to:

  • Make changes to your benefits
  • Add or drop dependents from coverage
  • Contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA) and/or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs)

After Open Enrollment ends, you won’t be able to make changes to your coverage until the next Open Enrollment period (unless you have a qualifying event, such as marriage or the birth of a child).

Empowering YOU in 2027!

NEW! Carrum Health

If you or a covered dependent (ages 18+) need surgery or cancer care, Carrum Health can connect you with the top surgeons and cancer specialists in the country. Covered procedures include knee, hip, shoulder, spine, and heart surgeries, and cancer care. This program is available when you enroll in a Quadient UHC medical plan.

Medical Plan Deductibles

Annual deductibles and prescription copays for our medical plans will increase in 2027. Please review the Medical/Rx 2027 page or your 2027 Benefits Guide for more information.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

You can contribute even more to your HSA in 2027, up to $4,500/individual and $9,000/family (maximum includes Quadient’s contributions).

2027 Premiums

Health care costs continue to rise, and you’ll see an increase in what you pay for medical coverage in 2027. Quadient remains committed to covering the majority of the cost of medical premiums for you and your covered dependents.

Prepare for Open Enrollment

  1. Consider the year ahead. How often do you expect to go to the doctor? Will you need surgery, tests, or procedures? Is your income protected if you were unable to work for a period of time?
  2. Prepare for the unexpected. Decide how you want to protect yourself and your family from unforeseen life events. Quadient offers you several options to ensure you and your loved ones are covered.
  3. Learn about what’s available. You have so many benefit options. It’s important you know what they are and how to use them.

Your Open Enrollment Checklist

This is a passive enrollment. If you do not make changes during Open Enrollment, your current benefits will roll over for 2027, except for your HSA and/or FSA elections, which require annual re-enrollment.
