When you enroll in the UHC Choice Plus HRA, Quadient contributes to an HRA which you can use to pay for medical and pharmacy expenses. Unlike other health care accounts, only Quadient can put money in an HRA. Each time you visit the doctor or receive medical or pharmacy services, you can use the funds in your HRA to pay for eligible expenses.
Quadient contributes FREE money to your HRA* to help you pay the annual deductible. The company will deposit up to $500 annually for single coverage, and up to $1,200 annually for family coverage.
Any unused funds in your account will rollover to the next year. The rollover amount is limited to your plan deductible amount.
Remaining funds from 2026 can help reduce your health care expenses in the 2027 plan year. The HRA carryover will be limited to your $3,000 individual or $6,000 family deductible.
*Pro-rated for new hires.
UHC will apply your HRA funds toward qualified medical and prescription expenses. HRA funds will count toward your deductible and out-of-pocket maximum.
